What is your formal Training?

I have a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification which is accredited with Yoga Alliance (YA). My main areas of interest are in Pranayama (breath-work) and Meditation. 


I am slated to complete my Meditation Teacher Certification in March 2021 through Ananda. They share and teach Paramahansa Yogananda's teachings. You may have read his book "Autobiography of a Yogi"


During my training I have also focused on yoga anatomy, alignment and the importance of how we breathe. 


I am also trained and offer various energy healing modalities in personal or virtualy

Why are you currently only offering online services?

Offering my services online currently allows me to gain access to a wider audience in a contact-free way. 


As of Sept 2022 I will resume in-person classes!

Any tips for getting started?

Incorporate small elements into your daily routine, and yes I mean daily. Consistency of practice is really more important then the duration. 


For example, if you can incorporate meditation into your routine for five minutes a day every day, rather then one day a week for 30 minutes, this is KEY.
