Throughout my Yoga & Meditation education and practice, there is always an edge of pushing the physical limit, whether its to get into a pose deeper or feel the thrill of surviving a hot yoga class. However, none of these things are sustainable for life. Practicing any technique requires a level of ease to form a life-long practice in a safe and healthy way. As we ease into any practice, it opens space to incorporate and feel new elements of the practice we never were even aware of.
That is how I approach any of the practices I offer from yoga asana (poses), pranayama (breath work) and meditation (the inner work).
In order to maintain any life long practice of wellness, it has to be done with ease. Yes - seriously! Read that again.
Ease: the absence of difficulty, making something less serious, moving gradually.
This is the concept I live by, teach and want to share with you.
